Cu o audien\u021b\u0103 \u021bint\u0103 de 27 de participan\u021bi locali \u0219i 18 participan\u021bi virtuali, evenimentul a reunit o gam\u0103 divers\u0103 de profesioni\u0219ti, inclusiv profesori de educa\u021bie profesional\u0103, profesori de educa\u021bie profesional\u0103 special\u0103, centre voca\u021bionale, studen\u021bi HoReCa, ONG-uri pentru persoane cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, asocia\u021bii profesionale \u0219i angaja\u021bi din sectorul HoReCa.<\/p><p>Obiectivele acestui eveniment multiplicator au fost:<\/p><ol><li>Promovarea adopt\u0103rii a trei rezultate ale proiectului \u00een sectorul educa\u021biei \u0219colare.<\/li><li>Facilitarea transferabilit\u0103\u021bii practicilor de succes \u00een diverse sectoare, inclusiv \u00een domeniul educa\u021biei \u0219i form\u0103rii profesionale (EFP).<\/li><li>Asigurarea sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii proiectului pentru un impact pe termen lung.<\/li><li>Raising awareness about educational strategies that foster sustainable and inclusive practices in the dynamic field of tourism.<\/li><li>Efectuarea unei analize detaliate a programelor, politicilor \u0219i practicilor \u0219colare legate de sustenabilitate \u0219i incluziune \u00een Kavala, Grecia, cu inten\u021bia de a contribui cu informa\u021bii la nivel european.<\/li><li>Promovarea incluziunii sociale \u00een \u0219colile hoteliere pentru a spori oportunit\u0103\u021bile de angajare pentru studen\u021bii cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi \u00een sectorul HoReCa.<\/li><\/ol><p>Evenimentul a avut loc \u00een Kavala, Grecia, cre\u00e2nd o platform\u0103 pentru ca participan\u021bii s\u0103 se implice \u00een misiunea \u0219i scopul proiectului. Dup\u0103 eveniment, participan\u021bii au c\u0103utat \u00een mod activ informa\u021bii cu privire la obiectivele proiectului, la publicul \u021bint\u0103 \u0219i la posibilit\u0103\u021bile de explorare ulterioar\u0103.<\/p><p>\u00cen concluzie, evenimentul a fost considerat foarte reu\u0219it, deoarece a facilitat implicarea direct\u0103 a grupurilor \u021bint\u0103 cheie. Participan\u021bii s-au dovedit a fi multiplicatori esen\u021biali, preg\u0103ti\u021bi s\u0103 disemineze activitatea valoroas\u0103 a proiectului.
