Hedef kitlesi 27 yerel ve 18 sanal kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 olan etkinlik, mesleki e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretmenleri, \u00f6zel e\u011fitim meslek \u00f6\u011fretmenleri, meslek merkezleri, HoReCa \u00f6\u011frencileri, engelli STK'lar, meslek birlikleri ve HoReCa sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli profesyonelleri bir araya getirdi.<\/p><p>Bu \u00e7arpan etkinli\u011finin hedefleri \u015funlard\u0131:<\/p><ol><li>Okul e\u011fitimi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00fc\u00e7 proje \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n benimsenmesinin te\u015fvik edilmesi.<\/li><li>Mesleki E\u011fitim ve \u00d6\u011fretim (VET) dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli sekt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n aktar\u0131labilirli\u011finin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/li><li>Uzun vadeli etki i\u00e7in projenin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131.<\/li><li>Raising awareness about educational strategies that foster sustainable and inclusive practices in the dynamic field of tourism.<\/li><li>Avrupa d\u00fczeyinde i\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fclere katk\u0131da bulunmak amac\u0131yla Yunanistan'\u0131n Kavala kentinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131kla ilgili okul programlar\u0131, politikalar\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir analizinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/li><li>HoReCa sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde engelli \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in istihdam f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla Otel Okullar\u0131nda Sosyal \u0130\u00e7erme i\u00e7in Savunuculuk.<\/li><\/ol><p>Yunanistan'\u0131n Kavala kentinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen etkinlik, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n projenin misyonu ve amac\u0131 ile etkile\u015fime ge\u00e7meleri i\u00e7in bir platform olu\u015fturdu. Etkinlik sonras\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar aktif olarak projenin hedefleri, hedef kitlesi ve daha fazla ke\u015fif i\u00e7in yollar hakk\u0131nda bilgi arad\u0131lar.<\/p><p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak etkinlik, kilit hedef gruplarla do\u011frudan etkile\u015fimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bulundu. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, projenin de\u011ferli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmaya haz\u0131r, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli \u00e7arpanlar olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar.
